There are plenty of free converters for this, and most of them do the same thing: they turn a table on a page into a table in a file, and leave you to find out later whether anything came across wrong. On a bank statement, wrong is expensive and hard to spot, because one row among four hundred looks exactly like the others.

What is different here

✓ The original page sits beside the data. Every extracted row is shown against the statement it came from. Checking a figure is a glance, not a hunt through a folder for the right PDF and the right page.

✓ Dates that could go either way are marked. 05/06 is the fifth of June in some countries and the sixth of May in others. You set the convention your statements use, and it reads every date that way.

✓ Real date cells, not text. Dates come out as dates in Excel, so they sort and filter properly instead of ordering alphabetically.

✓ Amounts stay exact. Money is handled in whole cents throughout, so nothing drifts by a fraction of a cent on the way through and no total is off by one because of rounding.

✓ You see the page count and cost before anything runs. A statement can be forty pages. Orderly counts them and tells you before spending any of your allowance.

Your statements are financial records, so here is what happens to them

This matters more here than on any other document type, so it is worth being plain about it.

Files are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. That is an enforced storage rule, not a promise someone has to remember to keep.
Documents are sent to one AI provider to be read, and to nobody else. Neither we nor they use them to train models.
Document contents are never written to our logs.
Every file is stored under your own account, and every request for one checks that it belongs to you.
Closing your account deletes your documents and your extracted data.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?

The same applies to Gemini, Copilot, or whichever one you have open. A statement is the worst case for a chat window, for two reasons.

The volume is the whole problem. A year of statements is hundreds of pages, which is not one upload. It is an afternoon of splitting the pile and waiting out limits, with nothing but you keeping track of what has been done.

Which banks does it work with?

It is not built per bank, so there is no list to be missing from. It reads the statement the way a person would, which means an unusual layout is more likely to need a correction than to fail outright.

Scanned statements or digital PDFs?

Both. A PDF that already has a text layer is read directly, which is faster and cheaper. Scans go through vision.

Can I do several accounts at once?
